Main Purpose of the Job
Developing account penetration plans and working closely with field applications engineering team to create, develop, and close business at any level of the accounts, and build strong customer relationships.
Main Functions and Responsibilities
• Responsible for execution of sales strategy in assigned territory
• Develop excellent relationships with representatives at key accounts and channel partners
• Managing local distributor resources
• Provide feedback to marketing group on customers strategy and market needs
• Build strong internal communication with sales engineering team and service team
Professional Experience
• Demonstrated ability to grow and manage complex customer relationships
• Knowledge and relationship of key customers
• Demonstrated track record of success in growing sales and market share in a technically related field
Professional & Personal Qualifications
• Strong communication skills in English
• Understand complex product design
• Comfortable selling to and interfacing with top management at key customers
• Strong work ethic

Academic Requirements and Technical Knowledge
• Bachelor Degree and Electrical Engineering or related field is desirable
• 5+ Years Sales experience in Broadcast or IT Systems end markets or technical support position
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage sales channel partners (Sales Representatives and Distribution)
