Accountabilities:

  • Achieve budgeted sales and profit for the Media Solutions market - ‘farming’ in the Media Solutions market.
  • Develop and maintain periodic account plan/opportunity plan with each customer account to ensure clear actions are agreed to achieve set targets.
    • o Identify opportunities and submit for qualification.
    • o Ensure that qualified opportunities are developed
    • o Ensure that bids and proposals are delivered for qualified opportunities
    • o Close the sale with a signed contract for the solution including Support
    • o Up-selling throughout the project delivery phase
    • Maintain and keep updated sales pipeline/forecast tools   
    • Weekly/monthly activity report as agreed with appropriate management.
    • Own the ongoing commercial relationship between company and selected customers.
    • Build effective relationship/network at all levels within the customer organisation to achieve high level of intelligence and planning.
    • Organise time and tasks to optimise number of visits to the customer.

 

Responsibilities:

  •  
    • Implementing the European sales strategy in the Media Solutions market.
    • Develop sales to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets.
    • Ensure that all marketing plans are clearly communicated to the customer.
    • Provide customer feedback into the organisation in an organised manner
    • Support the sales manager in defining the midrange (1-3 years) performance outlook
    • Develop relationship with key end-user influencers and consultants in the Media Solutions market to maximize sales.
    • Understand and keep updated with the relevant product/solutions offerings. 
    • Negotiate contractual and commercial terms & conditions.
    • Support local event and tradeshows
    • Qualifying bids and PRR request and clearly communicating this to marketing.
