What is the Greenroom?
We have always used recommendations as the best way to un-earth some the World's best talent, who are doing their job 24/7 and do not advertise their availability for new opportunities to the general market.
JWB Associates has since its inception became a trusted recruiting partner who will NEVER send out personal details to any company without first checking your skills, location and the cultural match are correct.
Through the Greenroom we aim to keep you and your trusted friends and ex colleagues up to date with the latest industry jobs via our newsletter and website.
Once you have been certified as a Greenroom referrer, should any of your trusted network end up being successfully hired into a full time position by our client, you will receive a one off payment of:
- “Bronze” £500 GBP for your first referral
- “Silver” £750 GBP for your second referral
- “Gold” £1000 GBP for your third and any further referrals
Payment will be made once this candidate has been in employment past our contracted rebate period of 13 weeks and we have been paid by our client.
